The front of the card has an embossed border (partially visible in the scanned image)
I am in a transition period of card stock suppliers. Embossed border and card-size may vary.
Black borders are an artifact to define edges. They are not part of the card
(Apr 2009) I am using a new scanner that may affect the color scan.
I was suspicious the old scanner was producing defective colors
